1. Make Water your best friend
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and let your body stay without the toxins.

2. Cut Sugar Intake
We love sugar, don't we? But more than two tablespoons of Sugar a day can be really harmful to you, and can be a cause to obesity and ageing.

3. Exercise over phone for just 30 mins a day?
We just our phones over Physical Work all the time these days but if we only take out 30 mins of our day to exercise, be it walking or any other sport, it can help us stay healthy and can also help us in maintaining weight.

4. Breakfast is something that you just can't skip
I've heard people talking about skipping the breakfast to lose weight and I'd tell you that it a myth and infact it's opposite helps you lose weight.
If you take a healthy breakfast then you don't crave for food all day and your sugar levels stay normal.

5. Get enough Sleep
Sleeping for around 8 hours every night does miracles to you, it makes you feel fresh and your puffy eyes don't come back to haunt you and you stay fit and active throughout the day.
